Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS within the United States. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee, and shipping is free when you purchase 2 or more candles. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Local Pickup & Delivery
If you're local, we offer pickup and delivery options.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at info@saddlewoodcandleco.com with your order details. We will happily send a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns & Exchanges
